My coaching philosophy is unique and different.  Along with the Periodization model that has been shown to be the most effective training model, my coaching adds sports specific strength training that you won’t get anywhere else.  My coaching also focuses on body awareness for optimal positions to transfer power.  As a Physical Therapist I am also able to provide strategies for knowledge for injury prevention and recovery.

When looking into a coach you always want to see their qualifications.   I classify these qualifications into 3 categories; Book Smarts, Street Smarts and The IT Factor.
